I’m contemplating sending this to my aunt, who is hosting Thanksgiving this year. This is the first Thanksgiving that I’m having with my extended family since becoming a vegetarian, and I do NOT want a repeat of what happened to me at a wedding reception this summer… (i.e. some man I didn’t even know told his 3-year-old daughter that he would disown her and put her out on the street if she ever became a vegetarian, and she cried)
